Charges for Account Creation & Application Use

The cost to subscribe to a regular account is $11.95 per month, per user, for unlimited use. (See 6 below for certified search account charge information.) The $11.95 per month charge is reoccurring and will be charged monthly until you deactivate your account.
The cost to subscribe to a premium account is $24.95 per month, per user, for unlimited use. (See 6 below for certified search account charge information.) The $24.95 per month charge is reoccurring and will be charged monthly until you deactivate your account.
Billing is based on a calendar month and is NOT PRORATED!!!
You will receive your bill for the current month during the second week of the following month.
GSCCCA makes available for viewing images of certain instruments that are on file in the offices of Clerks of Superior Court in Georgia. These images may be viewed without charge and may be printed for a charge of $0.50 per page. Any method of accessing the images other than by printing is strictly prohibited. Any user accessing images by methods other than printing, including, but not limited to utilizing screen scraping software, will be subject to termination without notice and will be charged $0.50 per page for each image accessed. By opening an account, each user expressly agrees that the user will not access images by any method other than printing, that the user will be subject to termination without notice in the event that images are accessed using any other method, and that the user will be subject to a charge of $0.50 per page for each image accessed utilizing a method other than printing. You have the option of submitting UCC Certified Search requests online. (When accounts are created, this service is NOT turned on by default). If your account is not configured for Certified Search access, the Master User can grant access by going to "Account Management" and clicking "Manage My Users." Select the user you want to have access to certified searching. In the "Applications to Access" section, check "Certified Searches" and press submit. If you select the Certified Searches service, there is no additional monthly account charge. However, the charge for a UCC Certified Search is $10.00 per debtor name. All monthly charges will arrive in one consolidated invoice around the middle of the month. For details, please read the Site Terms and Conditions carefully. If your account is 30 days past due, we will automatically charge your credit card for the past due balance. If you are doing Certified Searches ONLY, when you set up a REGULAR ACCOUNT and select ONLY the check box for Certified Searches (NOT Statewide Real Estate and UCC Indexes) you will NOT be charged a monthly fee.
You will, however, be charged $10 per debtor name search. If at any time you edit your account to allow Statewide Real Estate and UCC Indexes, you WILL BE charged the monthly $11.95 charge. You have the option to receive your bill one of two ways.
